$800 per month method

From Craigslist:
You may post to one category and in one city, no more often than about every 48 hours.
If you are submitting a post that is similar to another currently active post of yours on the site, you will get a blocked message. Removing the active post will allow you to post the new ad, unless the active post is less than 48 hours old.

So how do you get around this? You say you make 5 posts per day? Thanks!

This makes sense. Do you have a place you suggest finding pictures for houses?

First, nice twist. You can apply this to many different niches.

Second, why put the hyperlink on CL, just put the URL (non-hyperlink) and let them direct navigate to your site. No referrer problem there.

Third, it sounds like you aren't earning much CPC. I thought foreclosure is a high paying keyword.

Fourth (and final), you can make a ton doing this and a million other things on CL... posting ads that stick is the issue.

Very smart thinking. I wouldn't use the method exactly as posted due to the likelihood of saturation, but straight away I can see a couple of little twists that could be applied to open up a totally fresh bunch of prospects.

Good and clearly. I am try it as soon as possible because i can't get an adsense account for this time.

i like, its simple and I can apply to some other things instantly

Thanks, very generous of you to share such a lucrative method.

Different IPs...

First, yes.
Second, referrer has never been an issue for me so far.
Third, One click use to be high than 40 as far as CPC.
Fourth, you got that right. I post 1300ads/day and I know what you mean ;)

Nice method op and thanks for sharing. I've been meaning to get into CL and here is my motivation.

As far as Google seeing your referring traffic... Just hide your referrer by cloaking your link with bit.ly or some other type of link cloaking service.

And I can see how this method might work better if you crafted your landing page around a nice CPA or sale offer. You could make a lot more than $2.00 per 100 visitors if you did it right.

I'm not getting any clicks, it might be something to do with my website. Are you sure just copying a site's source is enough? It looks extremely empty with obvious ads everywhere.

CL is free to post...

I know it is free to post but how do I make an account ?? Where do you buy a CL PVA account from? Whenever I try to make an account, It needs me to give them a phone number to verify.

In my example, I took my foreclosure tips dot com. It's not very empty to my eyes. Now, if you think it's empty, make a google search for a real estate site that looks full

Make the call. Do you have a phone, land line or cell phone?
You can buy PVAs here on BHW or any other forum. Did you google it or do you want me to do it for you?
