I'm not going to show you my ads, even if you may come across them.
But, to help you, here is roughly what I post:
Price: A low but decent price for the area, usually finishing by a ,900 (79,900-69,900). If you have a big one, 189,900 for example. If you have a mansion and put $69,900, you'll be flagged. Be relevant.
Title: foreclosure or FORECLOSURE or {city} foreclosure (something simple)
Body: {Amazing, great, nice} {foreclosure, FORECLOSURE, bank owned, etc...}. Lots of s/f for the price. Granit counter top. POOL. Click here to {make an offer, schedule a showing, see more photos, get all the details, etc...}.
If the picture you have show a 3 car garage, I'll ad " 3 car garage "
Picture: one picture I find in google pictures
There is nothing difficult. I see that the less I put (especially in the title) the better the conversion.

This is fabulous way but there are many hidden ideas you can try and reap from google adsense. Because ideas comes and goes and some ideas becomes so hit that google will see this blackhat.So twist little bit in your ideas and earn money and money.

I earn $20K-$25K/month online. I don't care about putting this in a ebook and sell it for $7 on DP...
Maybe you can get flagged but use imagination, tokens and IPs

That is so true. Everyone always thinks small picture. Big picture is what takes a $100 idea and turns it into a $1M idea!
Now $800/mo is a nice little piece of adsense revenue. Especially if you build up 10 sites you are making more than the top 5% in the US. But if you can charge for listings, upgrades, etc... hell charge users to search your "exclusive" list. Charge the listing agents per contact (or lead).
You can go from $800 a month to $5000+ easily if you can SEO properly.
