I don't see why you would get banned
If you hide the referer, google will not know that people come here to get details on a specific house with the idea to buy it.

you can just build a site about the great houses you have seen during your trips , in this case , just buy a general domain like thegreathouses.com and build page for each house with a picture and a google text ad between them

dont make a house sale site , you would be banned by manual review as your site don't allow buying houses

As a real estate agent, I report these ads all the time. I hate getting calls from buyers asking about a foreclosure that doesn't exist. If it works awesome, but eventually you're going to get your account banned, so you better have a nice list of Proxies to setup more.

could develop into a real and sustainable business by itself
that provides real value to your visitors.

You should fake the referer or soon you won't have adsense account ;)
Google is on killing spree right now, so I don't recommend driving traffic from CL directly to your site.
 
What's the easiest way to fake/blank the referer to use with this method?

I'm doing this since 2004 and still have my adsense account. Your site can be full of content in no time. Use the same HTML/template and bring a dozens articles to it. Use TBS and you have your content in 24 minutes (2 minutes for each article and a dozen is 12 :) )

You mean Google will review a site that brings adsense clicks because the site has adsense ads on it and visitors click on them? Think about the stupidity you just wrote here...

Maybe it's time for you to get out there an sell houses instead.
There is no phone number on the site so how can they call you?
Of course the foreclosure doesn't exist, that's exactly why people click on the adsense...trying to find more info...(what's the name of this forum again?)
My account is 7 years old and counting....

Guys, the adsense ads are not on your CL post, they are on your website promoted in your CL post.

It is deceptive and misleading, like about 100% of the CPA methods out there...

My last deceptive method in CL is an email from the CL headquarters telling me I won a FREE iPad. I just had to put my email in the link provided :D
Do you believe the emailer cared about the legal thing?

If you want to stay in the legal thing using CPA or other thing and making money, you need a site generating 100,000 uniques/day...
