80% unique article is good for adsense apply?

It is difficult to get the Adsense approval with 80% because Adsense required fully Unique content.

my personal experience is as follows; Do not write or copy existing articles for adsense. Create articles that have not been written on the Internet before. Example: personal writings.
 
I got adsense approval with translated content :). Clearly it shows that there is no manual approval.

How to be eligible. I wrote 6 articles around 500 words each. In my earnings tab i see "Not eligible". where should i apply? or what to do to show ads in the blog and earn. I sweated asusual without fruit

Are you using blogger platform?

Go to AdSense.com and apply
 
I know a guy who regularly gets many accounts approved and his content is not more that 20℅ unique. But there are other tricks that he uses.
