Great list! To date, my favorite Twitter tool is TweetAdder (not listed and no longer available). It was a sad sad day when Twitter updated their API and blocked the software. I've been struggling to find a new bot that allows me to pull from RSS [ARTICLE TITLE] [PULL 1ST IMAGE] [URL shortened by Bitly] then appends tweet with additional text [@SOMEONE + #Hashtags].
IFTTT doesn't allow the total combination let alone tagging anyone.
