8-year PR0 domain worth buying?

I've come across an 8-year old PR0 domain for sale for $70. Is it worth buying? I'm not sure how I'd monetize it.

Its worth only if the keywords are searched and it can be monetized. Do some market research with Market Samurai or something similar.
 
Actually domain age value can be totally worthless. Google can add value to a domain that has a first index date of a long long time ago. However, if the domain is very old but never been used/indexed then in most cases it is worthless.
 
I agree, the date of registration and indexing in google are completely different.

If it's been indexed for 8 years, check if the keyword is searched on google.

But if it hasn't been indexed then i guess it doesn't have any special value.
 
Domain age is meaningless. Link age is what you need to look for.
