I would recommend you try Sinum Vendo, they have some big payout CC Submit and PINs they have a shitload of GEOs in addition to those

They slack in approval time, but if you contact one of their managers directly right away via skype you should get some quick feedback

Sinum get their offers from VIP response amongst others, better to go direct

I mean, if the ethical aspect of CC sweeps is an issue for you, try running SOI Sweeps, the users just has to enter personal info to enter (they will still never ever win anything but at least its not carging them anything)

What are the payouts for these kind of offers? And what networks are recommended?
 
Hello dear! You can google "Pidpal ads" and then register there as a publisher - they will contact you via email. Or it's also easy to find them on TG.
The network does only Sweepstakes now, they work with direct advertisers only. Mostly CC submit, different GEOs, great payouts. They also help with everything.
They will launch their own product for sweepstakes soon, so there is a chance to get on the train early!
 
E-commerce offers are somewhat different from Sweep / Blank offers, especially when it comes to promoting them, since Meta or Google Ads generally do not allow you to promote them easily.

But if you find a way to promote them in these traffic sources you can make very good numbers, we know this for a fact, since we receive a lot of traffic in these offers from our publishers that use Meta and Google Ads and make great numbers.
