WTF! What is going on? Long time Gunners fan here and I can't believe the disaster since the run in to last season!

I don't believe Wenger should quit, but WTF? The window closes on Wed and he won't pay to bring in players. Who the hell is going to get us out of this mess if he won't buy experience?

Jenkins, poor guy. Thrown in at the deep end and getting sent off!

Fergie basically saying he sat there hoping ManU wouldn't score any more goals. Sympathy from that grouchy ManU git! That's bad!

One place above the relegation zone!

The only glimmer of hope is that we didn't crash out of Europe last week!

Hey i am a Man U supporter - the Gunners had a WEAK side yesterday.
Premiership football has gone to a whole new level this season, If you don't
play your best team you will get SPANKED!!! Even your reserve sqaud and subs
    have to be quaility.

this year it's not the top four it's the top SIX and Liverpool are back to form

    We've been left behind.

Looks like we've signed Park Chu-young, although not confirmed yet:
    Code:
    news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14692916.stm
A defender or midfielder would have been a much more needed signing though.

    Left behind is the truth!

I just don't get it, why not let Fabregas & Nasri go sooner - we all knew they were going! Get that money and then buy some quality with it! Now, with 2 days to go, if Wenger's going to make an attempt to buy it's going to cost him more and take time to bed in any new players.

ManU, Liverpool & Chelsea have all done their main business weeks ago!

    Come on Wenger!

Didnt they have problems with Nasri's agency regarding the transfer?

Thats what i heard on BBC.

Wenger plays all the younger , Not so experienced players also which doesnt help.

Got owned yesterday but still play the best football ....only second to Barca in those stakes. They need 2 good centre backs (just like man utd have) and a real centre forward and they could do some damage.

8 first team players out yesterday...not many squads could handle that.

Wenger will unearth something before wednesday...wait and see.

I'm a United fan and this game was pretty sad to watch. I always enjoyed games against Arsenal, City, Chelsea and to see one of our biggest rivals go to hell like this was embarrassing.

Still, once you get your banned/injured players back, sign Park Chu Young and maybe one or two other people it'll be alright. Might not be top 4 this season although Tottenham are also doing poorly so there's still a chance.

Well, what can you expect when you sell 2 of your top3 players? That if something is a clear sign to remaining players that you are really not serious about winning titles. I bet that from the current crop of young guns the best will leave again after few years unless Arsenal is going to really invest in their team quickly.

If i were RVP I would leave Arsenal latest next summer (if he wants to win something). Also, I'd think that Wilshere will go down Fabregas path too in few years time. Chelsea or Manchester teams will come and snap him up when he actually wants to win something.

Rooney is trying to Be Like Barcelona and curve the balls Before the CL final he could not hit the goal with a toothpick .now all of a sudden his aim is perfect.I think that Loss in the CL final Gave them a shock and made them realise they are not the best.so they are pushing harder to get to that level.will be a very Good season this year.

Fabergas had to go, Wenger had done everything to hold onto him and this year he had to let him go. It would've been a bigger train wreck if a disgruntled and frustrated Fabregas had been made to stay yet another year! Now 2 weeks at Barca and already won 2 trophies!!!!

Nasri, well he would've just gone on a free next year if the Gunners hadn't sold him - so that wouldn've been moeny down the drain.

So I don't think it's selling to cash in and we're not serious about winning stuff, it's about the players wanting to move for trophies or money!

Player power. Look at Modric and Spurs, telling Harry he "didn't want to play" because his head wasn't right. Come on what a bugger! That kinna attitude has to filter down to the rest of the team. Not saying that Spurs would've beat City but the disgruntled Modric had to have had some kind of impact on the 5-1 drubbing they took from City!

    It's a crying shame!
