For those of you just starting out. This is a list of all probable proxy ip's active for the week of 8-1 to 8-5. My friend got this from a reliable source.
(total 67,000 IP's, txt size 977k)
To protect this list from unregistered users, or otherwise people who might use this in another fashion, rather than researching subnets for PUBLIC PROXIES, the zip password is the entire line of my occupation (under my BHW profile) just copy & paste it from first letter to last character!
New scanners out there, using stuff like Proxy Hunter, look for recurring class a+b subnets, it will be easy to find as they have already been sorted from from A-Z in Raptor, so it will start with 108.* & end with 69.*
This is a straight text file, inside a password protected zip. No other files included.
If you find your own private ranges listed, please contact me, I will make sure that they never show up again. I am simply trying to help self-scanners with finding new ranges. I did not run this through a filter (for planetlab/dangerous) please do that yourself with your choice of filtering program (proxyfire, charon etc.). This is just the raw data.

I am doing this to simply help newbs & even old-skool scanners, as a free service. Yes these are full IP's (50% fresh within the last 24 hours) not just subnets, so one "could" simply run these through a scanner using common ports theoretically.
If I get enough of a response, I will make this a weekly thing!
If file gets deleted, simply PM me & I will replace it.
