Hi .. I am newbie in Email Marketing, and i want to know if i should use 7 search or Solo Ads for my Opt-in page (Weight Loss Niche) to collect Name and Email ?

7 search is waste of money!
you will get bot clicks.~!
go with solo ads or Facebook adverts!

I was doing 7 search for affiliate marketing and I had no success my campaign was lose with them they do not have good traffic, you can find better sources

Solo ads are almost always the safest route you can go. it's especially good for newbies.

PPC if you know what you're doing.
