This definitely works. My friend (who has NO skills in HTML, SEO, whatever) has earned $250+ in few days by sending emails to biz owners (that havent any website) offering creation of website.. and now read carefuly.. at free website providers like weebly. Simple enough, hmm?

There is no reason for me not to. Its good for me keeping track of the progress, and hopefully(!!) does motivate some lazy ass bhw fellows to get out there and bring home some bacon! :)

Im not even sure, if he has several Methods, but this one is based on the 22 Letters one.
And if you think about the Concept, its pure gold.
I redid alot of it though. Threw in some extras here and there. I took his Idea/Concept, and tweaked it to my(my clients) needs.
I do believe, that its very important to sell "your" product, rather than someone elses. You wont have any confidence problems selling your very own product, which is based on something proven and brilliant! :)

Hey, thanks! I closed the sale, BTW. Reading about your success helped me be confident to actually ask for the sale. I also upselled them "internet monitoring" (google alerts) for their brand for $75 a month!

fistor this is great stuff. Now that you have your journal online, you will certainly have success. You deserve it for the action mind set. I have one question: I am in Europe too and maybe I am worrying too much, but if I tell a customer about his online "reputation problems", how can we avoid that he thanks you for the tip and fixes the problem by himself? I know that people in my country will do ANYTHING to cut out the middle men, to save a Euro or two in this bloody crisis. Any problems with that so far? As I understand you are also in an European country.

Yes, this is what fistor is doing here. I will also start doing this and give it a new twist. Will report back here. Setup shouldn't take longer than a week. This place rocks! Really creative people around. Not like some other forums, where they look down on n00bs.

03.08.13 - Finally got to send out another 100 Letters.
04.08.13 - Missed 2 Calls, called 1 one back. The other one didnt show his number, nor did he leave his. (really bro??)
05.08.13 - Missed 1 Call, called back. Appointment made (06.08.13).
06.08.13 - Got 2 Calls, 1 Guy clearly didnt understand wtf was going on, started to flame me, lol. Other guy agreed on setting up an Appointment.
Also: Appointment from 05.08.13 Calling done. Deal sealed. Lowest Package again, damn. Atleast with an Upsell. :)
8.400 € Profit.
07.08.13 - Nothing happened here so far.

Earnings so far: 13.800 €
Expenses so far (Stamps etc.): 700 €
Net Profit so far: 13.100 € (~$17,450)
 
17,000 with how many clients???? Three?? Wholly shit! what do you do when the management says, no bodys using the card. do you just go in and train the employees to give out the review card? Have you started implementing the method at the business locations, has it worked at all to start getting more positive reviews? Have you filtered any bad reviews?

No, only 2 Clients so far. :)
Regarding your Questions:
I have done some testing with 4 Shops so far. 3 of them owned by my Family, and 1 of them was a Friends one. All of them had a clear major rise in pos. Reviews, while arguably less neg. Reviews.

2nd: Using Marketing techniques is always risky. You might lose alot of Money as an Shop Owner. The risk is on him, thats why he is the Decisionmaker after all. That is also why he is the one, that keeps most of the Profits. I - for one - do NOT guarantee anything. My Contract clearly states, that I provide this and that. Results may come, or not.

About your last Question: You dont filter THAT many neg. Reviews, but yea - you do!
 
ok cool so do you incentivize the reviews at all. Like when an employee gives the card out. Do they say something like once we see your positive review we will give you 10% on your next purchase? See I tried it at the motorcycle shop I work at, but none of the employees give out the card. Its like the management has to incentivize the employees and the customers. Thats awesome about the part in the contract where you say you dont guarantee results.What is your major closing tool? Is it the white paper? Is it the previous test studys?

Thats none of my concern. Its not like I can force the Store Owner to give out any Discounts for Reviews. Plus, if he chose to go that route I'd have to change the Concept, so people that give out Reviews do get some kind of Reward - coding wise. That means I'd charge my Client even more. :)

About your Problem: The Employees are not giving out the Cards? Wtf are they there for then, wow. If the owner tells them to hand out a Card to each and every Customer that bought something, the employee HAS to do it. He gets paid for doing what his boss says..

My Closing Tool is me. Im just talking like Im the shit. And I kinda give them the feeling, that they should be happy enough being given this chance. Dont act needy. :)

This method definitely works, I setup my ex-wife with this same method and she's making money from it already. She upsells them on other services like SEO, mobile apps, even a marketing consulting gig.

I got a question for you though fistor, since the rate limiting factor seems to be doing the letters via 7878's method how are you getting so many done? Are you just spending a lot of time doing them or did you find a faster way to do it?

Postage seems higher here in the US too apparently.
