They are pligg sites
and not very powerful ones

In fact you need to use a service like lindexed or linkliscious, to even get google to notice them.
This and the fact they drip feed them over 10 days, means its unlikely they will do your site any harm

Is it worth the effort, maybe if its a very easy keyword, or just for link diversity.
You will need to test it out for yourself
