I Think this is a adwords voucher, right OP???
 
It's a Google Adword promotional code. And most likely this can not be used on more than one account- chances are that you will get the message "This voucher code has already been redeemed" if you try to use it in your adword account.
 
i think he wanted to say that he got 75$ voucher but when he redeemed it, the accoutn balance reached upto 88$
thats what he mean
 
so lemme ask this. I used a 100 coupon to set up my adwords account that was from one hosting account. I now have another hosting account that offers a $75 voucher. I imagine I need to establish a new account to use it right?

What do I have to go through to set up the account?
