I don't think he is legit. There are some very good sellers here on BHW, use them.

You're wasting your money. They will all disappear within a week or so, if not sooner.

90% of the twitter follower gigs on Fiverr are garbage.

8000 likes for 5$? That's a scam for sure. I think might be one of these guys who have multiple fiverr accounts so the positive comment might come from one of his accounts.
However, I don't think that this guy is really able to deliver.

You better use real software to get real targeted traffic to your Twitter.

Critter works fine for this.
