Dan Price, the head of Seattle-based Gravity Payments, said Tuesday that all of the employees in the company's new Boise, Idaho, office will earn a minimum annual salary of $70,000 by 2024

He knows to keep the people near him and is not greedy; really clever.
 
$5.8k it's a very good salary, and this will be the minimum one. A good place where to work, in my opinion.
 
Pretty awesome dude. Gotta respect his willingness to make sacrifices to truly improve the lives of those around him.
 
He is raising the bar for the average pay.

I hope he doesn't get raided or something by the other corporate.
 
His business must doing really good to be able to afford this. But his philosophy is to use profits to invest in his business. It will pay off in the long term for sure. A well paid employee is more loyal to you and your company.

Unfortunately not all companies would be able to afford something like this. It depends how the business was built and the margin of profit. I do hope success for this business.
