Any link ? This happens rarely but if you try to be over smart and do not follow the rules mentioned in their bug hunting guide, this can happen.
Recently Uber paid $100000 to some hackers to remain silent about some data breach.

You should read about what he did there. You should know where you to stop. Also, an advice to all members here interested in this, use test accounts for finding these bugs. Do not experiment with accounts of other users without their permission.

Nice share. It's really great that hacking could be ethical and whitehat so you don't need to worry about any illegal stuff and sleep well at night.

Of course , worth it if you have passion and dedication in this field. I know guys making half a million or more per year just finding bugs on websites. Personally, I have not given time learning this.

Could you advise how to contact with the websites owners and don't scare them away? I mean when you start your message with the words "hi I found the bags in your site which hackers can use..." the site owner will most likely close this email and send it to the spam folder.
And one more question: how to how to find an email address of the right people but not the "customer service" that have no authority to deal with such problems?

I am an Ethical hacker. The exact term is security researcher for people involved in bug bounty hunting.
I will be happy to find bugs on BHW if the owner comes up with any such offer.
