Hello!
I think I have found the perfect niche.. I can get 1000s of people applying for a particular job on my site.. How can I monetize it?

will ads make much? I do not have the skills to make it a membership site.

Any ideas?

Is the job real, or are you using it just to lure people to the site for traffic?
 
Job sites could work with display ads. Also cpc ads could work as well. People always looking for work hence the traffic will come

Could you recommend a good ad company? I don't really like Adsense.. Don't you need a ridiclous number of clicks to earn anything decent?

Ads won't earn you a buck. Grab those people's mails and build an email list to start sending job-oriented CPA offers. GL
 
I think you can get paid by indeed com per click if you add their jobs to your site
 
I've been denied by adservers in the past for loading ads on form only pages. If job sites like indeed offer what is said above you should try that first.
 
job site selling resume to employer. so have a contact with local employer
 
Contact companies that might need people on that type of job, have them pay to see the resumes.
 
With the rise of adblockers, using advertisements may not be the most profitable method to monetize the site. Normally adblockers block Javascript which would block Google Adsense and most ad networks. If you want to use ads and don't like Google Adsense, you can try BuySellAds. You need a certain amount of traffic to join their network but with BuySellAds, you sell ad space directly to advertisers via the BuySellAds website and if you have unsold slots, you can set a backfill which means you can display ads from Ad networks like Google Adsense for unsolds slots.

Another thing you can do is charge employers for listing vacancies on your website, maybe either on a monthly subscription basis or a one time payment for each vacancy ad.

Paid membership will kill site. Nobody who look for job will pay when they can find same thing in other place for free.

You should go to find recruiter who will pay you to post job advert on your site. Or you continue to build traffic and sell whole site to someone who will grow the platform

If you were to sell site, how much you will charge?
