700 Large and Active Facebook Groups

Sorry if this is a noob question, but I still didn't get how to use these type of pages? Cos, when I see everyone there will post there own thing and I haven't seen expected amount of traffic even with good posts.

As per my understanding, everyone of them in the group come/join to post their links. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Most people see the posts in their newsfeed, not by going to the groups. Just think those posts as ads in newsfeed, except they're free. Posts to some groups reach hundreds, or even thousands, while posts in many groups just reach a few viewers.

To generate good traffic, you'll need the right procedures to test to find out.

1. The best groups for your messages.
2. The best time to post, and
3. The best message (text and images).
 
I have a list of facebook groups in Kindle niche that also has huge number of members and we are using them for promoting our books and products..

agree with you ! as per my knowledge its useless to post in groups if u have large members as friends or you are admin of group, then only its goes in news feeds ! rest hardly 2-3 likes you get in posting in 700 groups even you use any scripts which make timer on with 5 min ! if u post faster your ID will be ban

so whats meaning of posting in such groups?

i have multiple account buddy ! but its useless if you are not ADMIN of group, u cant get much like, as well admin will not allow post may be they remove you or ban you from group in few post only
 
People (acc) joined on those group are just post their own thing. Everyone do that, and no one see or click your link because everyone on those just spamming (most of them using bots)
