Hi,

I?ve just pre-reserved the below ?Long Tail Keyword Domains? from the ?700 additional new top-level domains? coming up for sale soon-

loanwithbad.CREDIT
badcreditsecured.LOANS
12month.LOANS
badcreditpayday.LOAN
badcredit.CARDS
personalunsecured.LOAN
etc?

What I would like to know is will the above domains help my page ranking if I also use the domain name as my back-linked keyword?

So for example, for the Domain name loanwithbad.CREDIT I will have back-links linking to it using the keyword ?loanwithbadcredit?.

Will this ?double whammy?, i.e. the back-linked keyword being exactly the same as the domain name help my page ranking??

Thanks?

You can do many things with this domain..
Build some back links to the new domain then use 301 redirect, in the end after you did some work on it redirect the juice to your site :)

These are good domains and I think you could do well with them depending on how much authority is given to these extensions by Google. By the way, which registrar did you purchase these from?

Hi Veyron,

So far I've pre-reserved over 100 long-tail domains from these new nichename TLD's.

There are 700 new '.nichename TLDs' that are going to be released soon.
So as well as your '.com' and '.net' you will now have '.loan', '.mortgage', '.attorney', '.gallery', '.church', etc...

For more details visit- http://uk.godaddy.com/tlds/gtld.aspx?ci=85341

Hope the above helps!

I've also sent you a PM...

does anyone know when will these actually be available for sale ?

Hi divok,

So far people can reserve them on a '1st come, 1st served' basis.

I've just sent you a PM with more info...

I think divok is referring to the pre-registration phases. Sunrise and landrush.

Gdaddy actually shows 5 phases. The first phase being the most expensive to get into (corporations) at about $12K to get in. It gets cheaper as the phases go by. But then the domains get less.

Once the 5 phases are over (someone correct me if I'm wrong), then it's 1st come 1st serve.

There's only been about 100 TLD's opened up so far, some are already on the 1st come 1st serve stage. That leaves a ton more coming!
