I have a group of writers that are working at about 70 cents per 100 words with bulk projects. I will be doing outsourcing projects with them. They speak pretty good english, it's definitely not bad. I'm probably going to hire a proof reader to go over everything. Is this a decent number?

If not, what is? Where do you find writers to go even cheaper?

Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it

I'm in need of more of a team who can take care of larger orders. I don't think that's the place for me!

Do you have any experience with amazon's MT? I'm reluctant to use it due to how unfamiliar it's interface feels

70 cents/100 words? Personally I charge more than $1 for 100 words! But if you are looking for even cheaper, I'd advise you to look into the Philippines.. They can afford to write for cheap as the cost of living there is lower..

However, there are good AND bad writers there.. Would take some testing I guess to find 5 - 10 good writers and have your own team.. Just my own opinion (no real experience in outsourcing - I write and sell my own articles).

    Try craigslist, Philippines, Manila section..
