No. At the very least, she'll skim through your project or run it through an automated grammar program such as grammarly and hand it back as it is.
Proofreading requires a thorough analysis of the copy and the detection/removal of errors, displaced paragraphs, misplaced sentences or words and any other correction, the copy entails.
At the very least, you're looking at spending mid-three figures for that word count. And if you're serious, professional proofreading charges can go way up.

Even if it's just proofreading, multiply the cost by 10 and it would still be too low. What the heck are these people living in 1st world countries thinking?
That is almost insulting. I charge 30 bucks for a 1k word article and I live in a relatively poor country. Never lower your standards. Your grammar will improve in time, but shit pay is still shit pay.

I do a lot of writing and copywriting and quite frankly there's just NO way $35 is a legit offer for any kind of quality service Quality American writers will want to charge $10-$15 just to PROOF 1k words. You can do the math. However, if you post an ad online in Australia for a University student pursuing English or Literature (provided you don't mind British English) you can offer $500-$600 AUD which would be $350-$440. This is what I do for my clients' money sites when I need to generate massive content.

If she is displayed as white and female, she is almost certainly Black and Male from Nigeria with IP. Fiverr is riddled with those fake guys (girls) from West Africa pretending to be "HaleyLongwood" or something similar. Especially writing services.
NOBODY in the UK works for that price, not even a road sweeper.
Women rarely use their names as usernames on Fiverr, just the guys pretending to be women.

Get a grammarly premium account from Fiverr (yes even from a fake woman in this case) then add 5000 words at a time.

Those reviews are all fakes from either their own multiple accounts or from forums hence they have no profile pic.
Not that I am against that. Good luck to them. But you will not get what you are expecting.
