hey not sure if anyone is still interested but i wrote a little script to search a term on twitter, drop map pin on a google map and it returns the last 1000 (or so) people to use thatterm from that given location.
i.e searching "pizza restaurant" and dropping the pin on newyork (with the geocode box ticked) will return the last 1000 people to mention pizza restaurants in new york.
good for targetted campaigns.
