Ok as of today I have 7 clients. I want to make sure that I kep these for a long time so this is what I have been doing. What do you think?

Basd on a 30 day calendar I set up one client per day so leyts say on Mondays I do client #1 Tuesdays client #2 and so on.
I sprad out campaigns with software tols and also each day for that client do certian tools (which is 1x per week)

What have you found to be efective to manage more clients on a schedule?

Outsourcing the trivial work to trusted partners.

Some of it is but since I have the tools I like the control to know its done right.

I'm the same way. I've only given work to people that I've tested and proven credible. At some point, the workload will be too much and you'll have to bring on additional people...but that's good, you're growing!

I agree with this, but also if you find the right people then this point is moot. It may take some time but having the proper and trusted outsourced team can make your job 10x easier and much easier to scale. Definitely worth taking the time to find the right people.

Well if you have tools why don't you schedule them there.
SenukeX has a very good built in scheduler. With some good link diagram and personal list it can a be great software for nearly hands free operation. So is GSA/MS/WikiRobot.
And you can concentrate more on getting manual links.

I do use the scheduler hence that is how I have my clients work spaced out. Just wondering though when you start to get more clients and such what do you do to manage it all. Outsourcing of course is the best option BUT it does also eat at the intake of money which about 80% of my clients payments takes care of house bills (as well as my 9=5 job)
