How about a large gpt website? That has users world wide, open the link and then find out they dont qualify for the offer (which would be the reason for only 5% conversion rate). Or the old school 5 cent per email read and the offer was a free gift or giveaway. People still believe in these kind of websites...

On most CPI offers they do, but it's not really full-on adult if I understood it correctly. If you click "details" on a CPI offer it usually shows "Adult traffic". Contact AM before running though, not sure as I've never done it myself...

After all, CPABuild is a registered company that has to obey the law. I doubt that their affiliates are stealing thousands of dollars with credit cards for FB ads to drive traffic to their offers.

It's just a guess from you that he's driving free traffic. People earning this big are never going to tell you their real traffic methods.
Not a guess he is my friend , and this was in the past 6 years ago he was driving free traffic using like and share jacking landingpages and spamming all over Facebook using viral titles and eyes catching photos . Now this all methods gone and its so hard to drive free traffic like the old times .
He even show me everything live moment by moment and he also tought me how to make like him and i made some dollars but i was so busy , Because I went to military recruitment in my country and after I finished this method dead

It's true. You can always buy a domain anonymously and credit cards with €€'s too. That is too blackhat, most cases ends up in jail. Just pump up fb ads with those credit cards and you are good to go as long as you are behind vpn, tor or whatever the tricks. Fb has millions of people running ads, why should the care about a single account as long as it passes ai review; unless the original credit card holder visits the police and lawyer.
I know it cause I've seen someone doing it live. And I nope out of it.
Oh yes I remember likejacking, had 2.2m site visitors on one day
