68k Instagram safe to do cpa with?

So I just got my account unbanned from instagram and I was thinking I should lay low for a bit but when the time comes would it be safe enough to do CPA? I did it before and got banned (idk if that's why I got banned) but I was constantly doing it. Is there a way I could advertise my cpa link a safe amount of time per week without getting banned?
