Sliqsubmitter. Just play with the directories file and you will see how to import new directories, but be warned that you shouldn't put all 6k into it or the tool will go overload and won't show any directories in the submitter. Around 500-1000 at a time is nice right after you have completed the directories that it was already equipped.
