How/What is the best way to monetize on this?

635 leads are not really much in comparative to what you need to make good money.

If you harvested these leads with a harvester than they are worth pennies. You need thousands, if not millions to make good money.

These leads may be worth more if they opted-in to an offer or site that you have. Mainly because they asked to receive info from you.

join cj.com get into the yahoo affiliate program on there then refer your leads to yahoo hot jobs.

refer them to some thing that is relevant, get rich quick things if they are unemployed for example. If they are 636 very targetted leads you could make some good cash of them.

1) Send them a trial offer Like "Google BizKit" That pays you $29.00 per lead.
2) Have them complete surveys
3) My FAVORITE: Tell them to write an article Then put these articles on sites and sell the sites or make money from them.

i'm not sure about this, all you get only a question. how can you have a 636 people that you lead by saying this?

I am working on a similar project currently and I must say its working great with the job hungry people. All i do is that i direct them to one of my sites to work on a recruitment test, ask them to fill offers etc, and damn they just do it !!!....You got to make the recruitment site look authentic and you can be sure of converions. DOnt expect something huge, but at least 30-40% conversion rate is pretty much feasible in this niche.
