$600 ps4/streaming pc build help!

ok ill keep this short and simple bhw ,i am a noob at gaming and streaming i have a budget of $600 to build a up and running gaming pc able to stream and capture footage of my ps4/ps5 games for a side project im doing on youtube ....i need some of the bhw gamers/ streamers to help me get up and running asap !!!

I'm assuming $600 USD? That's plenty to build a base gaming PC. If you already have keyboard, mouse, monitor, you can build something a bit nicer.

Since your budget is low, I'd say look into an integrated graphics (Processor that comes with graphics card). AMD Ryzen 5 2400G or 3400G depending on price are solid budget options. Use PC part picker to find a compatible motherboard. Make sure to get SSD hard drive (m.2). 16GB ram is plenty for most games. Speed of ram won't matter too much as long as you get one that's compatible with the motherboard you choose.

Don't worry about fancy cooling and cases. Just get a case that is within your budget.

Not sure how it works for consoles, but you might need to budget in a capture card.

Remember to stream the content to many places same time!
Twitch, Youtube, Dlive, Twitter and etc.
