Google almost ANYTHING - look at the adwords placements above the natural rankings and to the right... there you go.

This is great advice; especially the one on guest blogging was spot on. Relationship building is so crucial yet ignored by most people. Btw, can you tell me if by page description you meant 'meta description'? Also, which free keyword tool do you recommend for getting long tail keywords with low search volume?

and what about link building ? I mean blogs which are good PA / DA - can we post contents there and get a backlink ?
