Could you go a little more in depth on the Memu creating new IG accounts?

I'm trying to get about 100-250 IG accounts created for me mid termish.

Does it matter where/how on what IP's I create the initial E-mail address with? and do different email providers matter at all? Any in which you would recommend? And how about actually making and creating the Accounts? I figure I'd want to create the account with the same proxy I'm going to use when automating the IG account as well correct?

This is my last hurdle before I can go full bore with this so looking forward to some answers.
