I would search the forum based on what offers you are pushing, etc - there is so much useful information - absorb and learn then test until you get it right.

100% Agree - I've had more unsuccessful businesses than successful ones - its all about getting back up no matter how many times you get knocked down. Many will quit after getting knocked out once. Lucky for me I have a hard head and can take one hell of a punch :) lol - if you keep pushing and chasing your dreams it will eventually all "click" one day!

The difficult bit for newbies is just getting traffic. I think once I figure out how to really move traffic, I'll be fine doing this IM thing for a living.
 
Nice post OP - when you break it down to smaller goals like this, the goals seem very attainable. Plus it shows the newer forum members what niches they should be looking into when it comes to IM. Diet, dating and credit will always be solid money makers :)

$100,000 and taxes takes like 30%! which leaves you with $70,000 you got to pay the rent and that's about $1,000 a month so you're at $58,000.

Basically $100,000 isn't even enough these days. :pat:

I make 33,000Gross from my 9-5 job with about $1200 a month side work (SEO) so if I had $58,000 or more hell yea I could make it work. It is what you DO with your money that counts!

Depending on the country.

With 100k$ a year I could buy a house in the best place in my city, a car and the rest would be for living, lol.

Having $58,000 in cash after taxes is way better than starting at 60K and bringing home 40k or less. And don't forget most people do not even make 6 figures. 58K in cash is way more than enough to live a comfortable life.

If I had $70K right now (that's after the taxes on the $100K), I could live a nice comfortable modest lifestyle for the next 5 years.
 
After taxes, realistically I net about $4500/mo with my day job, so I figure I need to at least make about $400/day in IM as equivalent income to equal it after taxes are taken out of IM income at the end of the year.
 
Quite inspiring. Just read from op post. Took a weight off my shoulders. This really gives me the courage to continue with confidence, not worry and fear.

I understand the concept of breaking it down and setting sights on achieving consistent results to reach a goal like $100k/year. I've been involved in network marketing programs as well as doing some CPA offers.

The problem is... traffic. That's what it boils down to. I have a CPA and ClickBank account etc... but it's all about getting traffic to the offer to convert it to sales. Anyone willing to shed light on that? There's way too much money to be made online and it's a shame I'm not really making any, but traffic is the reason I don't get results, at least not consistent ones.

In the same boat here, but that's part of the challenge trial and error and figuring it out. Sometimes it even boils down to losing some money testing the waters.

I know what you mean. If I had the money, I'd set up a site and flood it with paid traffic.. but that's not the case. Organic traffic is better, just takes longer. But I have multiple Instagram bots working, just nothing on PPC. I know money is still made on Instagram... I just have NOT been successful with it at all. Only a few bucks. It's all frustrating. Haven't gotten a solid way to push a lot of traffic... even when I've been in network marketing programs I've gotten no good response.
