5ROI is a scam?

They accepting depositing upon the time of upgrading the system but not opening the withdrawal. Once my friend asks them just these, it's look like a scam, they banned him from their telegram group. Does someone else also having the same problems with 5ROI? My friend invested more than $700 to them.

Any suggestion please?
