Depends on how you are trying to monetize your site, if adsense what your approx cpc is as well as where you are ranking for what keywords. Your question is way to general try to be more specific when asking about something pertaining to monetizing a site you own/run.

Drop some cpa/clickbank banners and sell it after you've established steady income.

It's hard to answer this question because the answer will vary greatly depending on the quality of the traffic.
At one extreme targeted traffic for gambling, payday loans, insurance, etc would earn you a full time income.
At the other end if it's low quality untargeted traffic maybe a few bucks for beer money.
