Support ignores me on telegram for two days. proxies are terribly slow and the main thing is that proxies stop working every few seconds. i will complain to BHW support if they don't make a refund. i don't need proxies for 50 euros that don't work.

Hello everyone! I bought proxies from this service, and what can I say? If you use social media and such, you shouldn’t buy these proxies. Why, you ask? Because they limit your bandwidth, and they don’t mention this anywhere until you notice your internet speed dropping. For example, if you’re using TikTok or YouTube, their system generates thousands of requests in five minutes, not because of you, and then PROXIMY throttles your internet speed. I’ve already faced this issue, and they’ve restricted my speed a couple of times, which isn’t great—it affected my work. I asked them why this happens, and they said I was violating their service rules by consuming too many requests. The question is, am I the one generating these requests? I’m just using TikTok, and somehow I’ve already broken their rules! Thanks a lot, and they don’t refund your money, which is sad.
I’m honest, I bought proxies, didn’t use them, and they said I violated the rules and throttled my speed. Is that even normal?
And by the way, guys, when you buy, check which mobile operator they’re selling you. I bought Verizon, but they gave me T-Mobile. I’m not lying, I’ll show everything if needed, all honest.
