I’m looking into what’s best for streaming/uploading youtube videos

When it comes to streaming or uploading, I don't think there's a definitive "Is this type of proxy better than that type of proxy". You'll want to check the providers for the speed they offer in general and just use 5G or residential depending on which your tools or particular setup needs/ runs better with.

I mean which one will not be detected?

Mobile IPs are generally considered more trustworthy by websites, especially social media platforms and sites like YouTube. In practice, both mobile and other types of IPs can be effective. A lot depends on your proxy provider. High-quality private residential IPs can be just as good as mobile IPs. It's worth trying different providers, and there are plenty on this forum.

pumping this up because i’m still looking for answers

With the correct application, anti-detect browsers, other supporting tools, neither would be detected. It really just comes down to what you need them for (generally mobile proxies for social media purposes, etc.) and what your personal setup needs.
