That's pretty good, use them for scraping or everything but rank tracking or google is gonna know what's up and have all our IP's and VPs on lock down (not that they don't already)

its good for scraping....but what do u do for submissions?

I know this goes against 90% of the crew here but I use MY OWN IP address and ONLY comment on HIGH PR blogs.

Now, why would I do this?

Becuase G knows webmasters want to rank thier site and what looks more normal then a whitehatter manually making a "few" links from his own computer.


Compared to spam on 10k different ip addresses.. Think about it... (I use proxies for other things)

Well according to Google, you shouldn't be building any links yourself. Other than sharing it on Facebook and Twitter, etc you're supposed to wait for friends and family to link to your blog from the high authority websites they apparently possess.

Not according to Matt Cutts in an interview with Eric Enge. He seems to think you can generate your own backlinks. Anyways it depends if you believe him or not but I have never read in any terms that you can not create your own links. 2nd I have never been penalized.
