50onRed payment error !!!

Hello fellows ,

I made 50onred account today when i try to add the CC they give me this error :

I believe 100% that my CC works well as i just used it right now to pay for VPS !

I contacted them but i also wanna ask here if somebody faced this error before !

Potential factors maybe it's effecting in that :

-I'm from Egypt and my CC from Egypt also but i live now in turkey (so maybe it's regarding to IP) ?
-It's may father CC so maybe various names making that confusion ?
