OP NEVER buy from someone who says you will get x% of inbox rate..

For new servers its hard to get inboxed unless the person has already warmed up the ips and then delivered the server which is never the case.

I suggest you buy a server with the following specs and hire someone for around $50 to set the sever up(I think its very cheaper on fiverr if searched).

2GB ram
4 cores
10TB traffic
16 IP's

If you don't have quality data that's responsive, then you will not be able to warm up IPs and get good inboxing.

In addition, you don't want to have excessive bounces / complaints.

Do you have an opt-in list you built yourself?
If not, how did you get the data and how old is it?

Yeah my inbox rate is terrible. But not a lot of bounces...

But if I have my own server, then complaints don't matter?

Hello guys. .. let me clear

You can't deliver mails to inbox by your own server setup .. so if you are thinking to get a server with x number of ip and believe you can deliver inbox thats not possible at all
Inboxing depends on the domain and IPs reputation.. if you can manage to get a good reputed ips and domain even then two days spamming is enough to spoil IPs reputation

Now the question is... What if we will warmup IPs can we deliver to inbox ?

Yes you can.. If you are able to build reputation or manage to maintain reputation then you can deliver to inbox ... But do you really believe its easy to build reputation when its about spamming. You can control email volume , spammy keywords, email list quality but you can't control spam complaints

Reputation depend on :-

Hard bounce %%
unsubscriber %%
Spam complaints %%
spamtraps
Quality of content


So now you have two options :-

1- INBOX- if you want to deliver mails to inbox to scrapped /bought list then you have only one option .. Go with reputed ESPs like mailchimp , aweber , sendgrid , getresponse. They will suspend your account if spam complaints rate will be high.

2 - Spam - Setup your own server , don't care about inbox rate and try to build reputation if you can
