502 Bad Gateway problem Wordpress

I didn't really know where to put this question, but thought this might be the most appropriate place...

I'm having a bit of trouble with one of my wordpress website. It keeps bringing up a 502 Bad Gateway error message. I dont' know anything about coding, so I am completely clueless about what could be causing this.

It throws up the error because in the address bar it says http ://mydomain.com/ http ://mydomain.com

Can someone give me a clue where I might find the problem, as I wouldn't even know where to start.

I've never had this problem before with other sites. I've just installed wordpress on this domain today.

"Bad Gateway" error happens usually if you really have a bad gateway The gateway we're speaking about is the application which handles your php scripts. If the gateway fails to respond your requests or its bad configured you get a 502 error.

If you can run another php scripts on your host without any error just delete the wordpress folder, clear your browser cache, empty your database I assume you don't have anything important in it, otherwise backup it! Then try to install it again.
