Here's what to do...
Write a script / cron job that puts adsense on the site for a timed duration, say from 3am to 6am when your boss will never be viewing the site. PS Bernie Madoff needs a cellmate!

Maybe replicate his idea and make your own website..

And I'd sue you until you, your family and everyone even slightly blood-related had no money to fight me in court any longer :)

On the other hand..If you were a smart admin you would do the following;

1. Block all IPs related to that area you live in.
2. Setup contextual ads on his website.
3. PPI the shit out of him (put a download link all over the place)
4. Overlay his adsense with yours.
5. Popup the users --- depending on what that forum is (say about cars and mustangs or w/e the fuck), pop them with autoloan.

If you don't know how to block all IPs related to that area, just pop the users who comes from elsewhere. I can't imagine it's ALL US traffic.

replace one of his adsense ads with one of yours, he isn't going to check what account the ad belongs to.
