15%... well you can it's obviously risky stuff... I am a financial advisor... I average close to that in my own account but I'd have to know more info about you like can you deal with possibly losing it and age... anything making you 15% is risky... I flip houses for clients and only give them 10% some of us like to actually work and make money so I would never offer 15% ever...
 
If you have the ability to income that ranges on money you can normally things which is the most profitable place to invest that make sense!
 
Buy real estate on popular places and rent out over Airbnb, you can even hire a host manager over Airbnb who got paid by share.
If you grow hire VA who will manage the daily backoffice stuff.
Done right you will got well profit.

Buy a 4-8 unit property in an area the is being cleaned up. Find it right on the edge so that in the next few years the prices go up substantially.
