5000 monthly visitors

I have a website that promotes and covers activities to do in Amsterdam. The website attracts about 5,000 visitors monthly. However, I'm struggling to monetize this traffic effectively. I'm currently affiliated with Booking.com and have directed over 10,000 visitors to their site. Unfortunately, due to their one-session cookie policy, I'm finding it challenging to convert these leads into revenue. Does anyone know of a better alternative to Booking.com, preferably one with a longer cookie duration? do you have ideas please to improve ? im promoting also some activities from CJ '' like tours and trips '' not success so far and i made 0 euro : (
