I have a Female 5000 Friends Facebook Acount whit targeted and active friends
is it better to convert it to FB Page or You guys have another sugg. ?

Do the 5,000 friends know you? And you know them? :)

If the 5,000 friends know you then you can get easier in promoting anything to them and you make money with FB page.
 
I Dont Know these people ,but i get over 200 msg per day, right now i disable the chat because i cant browse whit those million of messages
 
You can convert, but the pages subject should be very strong subject, better make a Group and add them all. You can earn more money with that.
