Test it your self. There's so much you can learn from bans and blocks.
I have accounts over 5k though. It seems it's higher on accounts that grow organically too.

No one can tell you the limits, because the limits depend on the account trust score, proxy providers and more. You need to find out the limits by tests with your own accounts.

As long as you don't run the account too hard to the point where you get Account Compromised or daily blocks you are good. You need some time to test the limits and what works for you.
It all depends on your trust score and proxies or 4g network
Find what works for you, took me some time to find the optimal actions to run a day, but now I can follow my schedule and get consistent growth.
