It has taken time (most likely years) + being in a niche that one enjoys. That's the elixir. Really.
Also, we as internet marketers tend to forget that not all people who find success online are internet marketers. Some just do it naturally.
 
I am handling similar twitter accounts and I can say these dudes are earning a handful of money

No, that is payment direct from Twitter/X. They share revenue with the creators when they get clicks on ads that appear on their post/tweet.
