Just decided to copy Sunny (http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...rification-purposes-only-no-money-loaded.html) and try giving away few VCCs myself too 
I will be giving away 100 VCCs total, without any amount loaded on it. You can use them at the sites where you just need to enter some CC details to avail free trial or something e.g Wordtracker etc.
Indian BINs.
Eligibility: You should not have a colored name, thats all
Post here and I'll be sending 5-10 per day. 1 per person only
Please DO NOT PM me.
P.S.: My VCCs don't work with paypal/Google Play, so don't bother asking

Changed the total vccs from 500 to 100 since i realized my provider doesn't have that many VCCs available
