To be honest with you guys. I really don't see some any reason for existence of this thread persay. If everyone were to start threads like these then BHW wont be BHW anymore and would turn into DP or other third grade forum for that matter.

I usually doesn't post around much but I had to in this particular case. I guess, I may even be bashed by some members for for being jealous/negative/hater/and God know some other terms. But lately I have witnessed some (in fact a lot) non serious / uncalled for threads here at BHW which makes me question the quality of discussion/debate here at BHW and whether or not the Forum is headed in the right direction.

Seems you're really frustrated or unhappy about something because as far as I've seen your comments in the past, you're not so rude or arrogant. I just hope everything is fine at your end. When OP started the thread, he just wanted to thank and "Share" the happiness. The true pleasure of happiness is sharing it with others and OP was doing nothing else. Now during this process, if he gets 50-100 more reps, then what's big deal. He has already earned 500 by helping people on this forum. After all, he is not begging for Reps and thanks. No disrespect to you. :)

It's good to know that mohammed and ShadeDream have become good friends during this thread. (duplicate account?)

I find it interesting that mohammed questions the quality of BHW and wonders if it is headed in the "right direction" having only averaged 1 post per month. It shows that he is a troll and comes here to back ShadeDream and take ideas and never gives back to the community. You are right mohammed, with that kind of track record and members like you, BHW is headed in the wrong direction. Fortunately, there are much more greater BHW members to offset your lack of contributions and make this a great community.

If you don't like the rules, leave or have them changed. Pretty much everything goes in the Lounge. If I was "celebrating" my 50th or 100th rep, that would be different. If you are unable to read the underlying message that talks about the importance of giving back to the community.... well... then I expect a comment like the one you made.

Here's a negative Rep I received from a child named AmandaSolomon3857 that joined yesterday: "stop bragging please, it doesnt make you look cool. Go hunt some real animals not some noobies looking for free rep, gosh i can't stand people like you. Get a freaking Life instead of posting how much rep you have here."

Thanks for everyone who has posted a positive comment in the thread. I've used up the amount of Thanks I can give in one thread so no more love to share....

Yes, that's correct. Because of threads like this, we can now question the quality of the discussion here in BHW. Threads like this will truly, truly, TRULY destroy BHW... truly.
 
When it comes to negative people, they are who they are and we're not going to change them. I should know, I was married to a very negative person for 20+ years - but I finally decided that I had a right to be happy. I found the truly right person for me not long after that and we are very happily married.

Life is too short to be so very negative. Sure, we all get down sometimes - but to live your life constantly being negative???? NO THANKS! Trust me, I've had many reasons to be negative in my life, but I truly believe "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and I have to say, my family is STRONG because of it.

For those that are negative, ask yourself if that's who you really want to be. If the answer is No, then you can change your attitude. It's not easy but you can do it over time.

PS. That's why ppl like CA and others like him are so great to this forum... not only are they positive, but they are very helpful and THAT'S why they have the rep that they do. I would +rep you to counter the neg rep you got but I just gave you some yesterday so I can't again so soon. ;)

Wait a second... something just hit me... how exactly does a new member give ANYONE a neg rep? Only Jr. Vips and higher are supposed to be able to give a neg rep. You are saying that you literally have a neg rep from a member that just joined yesterday???

It's a negative rep but it doesn't count against the total point count due to their low stats.

Shady Dream did give a -5 rep for asking if he had a duplicate account. Poor kid - full of hate and no one to love him.
