$500 Prize for a refferal need this VERY quickly!

Here is what I need, I need a Doctor Licensed in ANY of these states [FONT=&amp] Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, Wyoming, Wisconsin, and Connecticut [/FONT] for remote work from home (or wherever) The pay for them is $3000 per week for about 5 hours of work PER WEEK WITH the help of an assistant.
