If they don't have friends, around $30-$40 if they have few pictures and info.
With only one picture they are worth around $15-$20.

I would have to respectfully disagree. If these accounts are aged, they can be just as good as PVAs (unless someone is going to use them for GROUP wall posting).

What if you have an E-Whoring Accounts with 100-500 Friends, 5-10 pictures, Filled Out Bio and intrested ect.

Well yeah, price would be bigger if they are aged. But aged accounts w/o captchas are used and probably got few warnings trough their life, and with warnings chance of ban is higher...
