<> Get Monetized
<> Make $500

$500 is the goal because that's how much it would cost to hire a video editor in my country.

Good luck, what the topic of your channel? Are you filming yourself or compose videos from other people's material?
 
You should aim for higher. $500 can be done in just one month if you give full time to YouTube.
 
What strategy did you use to get the first subscribers?

Yeah, I share them on all the social medias. Most of my stats are because of one video being picked up though

Sharing on all the social medias brought me double-digit views then one of the videos picked up and gave me all my stats
